The views from the windows at La Quinta were absolutely stunning. I could see the charming streets of Springfield and felt the city's vibrant energy right from my room. One memorable interaction was with the friendly housekeeping staff who always made sure my room was spotless. The complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff's unfriendliness and lack of smiles were definitely a downside.

This brand-new hotel offers good choice of pet-friendly and well-appointed rooms. The employees are very helpful and amiable. The location is nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hope Church. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near Chicago or in the suburbs. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Location: the hotel was just off a museum as well as a Walmart for supplies. It also was ose to everything.
